| ACCESS Thorncliffe Park Micro-Finance Program
The Thorncliffe Park micro-finance program is hosted by the Thorncliffe Neighbourhood Office with the objective to bring micro-loan products and business support services to residents of the Thorncliffe and Flemington Park communities. Thorncliffe Neighbourhood Office is a community-based multicultural, multi-service agency providing community-based services to residents of Thorncliffe Park and surrounding communities. Other programs and services include information and referral, a family violence program, women’s counselling, settlement services, language classes for newcomers, employment assistance services, an Ontario Early Years Centre for Don Valley West riding, youth services and delivery of community information workshops and seminars. For the purposes of the Micro-Finance Program, the Thorncliffe and Flemington Park communities are defined as:
