ACCESS Community Capital Fund is a volunteer-based organization. All our members contribute resources towards the running of the organization through the donation of time, services, goods and/or as investors. ACCESS has an open membership policy with the goal of encouraging local community involvement with the development of policies and procedures that guide our charitable business.
