ACCESS Central Office 

Established in 1999, ACCESS Community Capital Fund grew out of a response to economic shifts in Toronto’s East End towards a service-oriented sector of small and 'micro' enterprises.

Today, ACCESS' Central Office serves all of the Greater Toronto Area not otherwise served by other ACCESS community chapters.
